It's a wonderful and humbling experience to photograph these majestic animals up close.  They are only three years old, and made me feel very small indeed.

Meet Sharine Barnard and her pride of lions, who just love custard.  She has an amazing relationship with her animals and her love for them is so obvious.

War Stories - Re-inactment of the Battle of El-Alemein

I was touched by the remembrance and re-enactment of the Battle of El-Alemein, which I had the rare privilege of photographing from the sidelines.

One thing that photography has opened my eyes to, is that of our past history.  Of the battles won and lost and the very human sacrifices that was made way past in our lineage.
