2013-10-19 Wedding - Wessel & Elize

Wessel and Elize tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony cruising down the Modder River.  Their reception was held 25km outside of Bloemfontein, at the Bagamoya Wildlife Estate.

I am so lucky to have spent a day with a couple who really love life, and never let a moment slip away. They prove that love comes around even for a second time and that one should never give up on your dreams.

It's a wonderful and humbling experience to photograph these majestic animals up close.  They are only three years old, and made me feel very small indeed.

Meet Sharine Barnard and her pride of lions, who just love custard.  She has an amazing relationship with her animals and her love for them is so obvious.
