It's so special when two friends from two different cities, get together for a special evening - the annual Grey College in Bloemfontein's matric farewell.

Irini & Antonio know each other from their sporting activities when they were younger.  WoW!!! Irini looked spectacular.  I love this gown designed by Marzanne Preez.

Who would have known that I would photograph the daughter of a dear school friend of mine.  What an awesome privilege.

2013-10-05 Newborn baby - Jean Gouws

I'm so exited to introduce you to newborn baby Jean Gouws.

At two weeks old he is one of the smallest babies ever in my studio.  I was absolutely blown away by his parents, Izami & Jean-Lee's adoration and patience with him. The way they cuddled and rocked him reminded me how intense that love is when you first touch your child.

I can't wait to photograph him again.

Just eight days old, and this newborn stole my heart. He is such a beautiful baby, and editing these photographs was such a pleasure.
