Tanker Night Shooting - De Brug Bloemfontein

Once in a while the military attract thousands of people to the De Brug Military Base just outside Bloemfontien, South Africa, where they entertain us with their night shooting.

This is the first time that I actually braved the long row of vehicles and dust to watch this spectacular sight! Needless to say, I was rewarded!

The noise was intense but the show well worth while.  What a fantastic opportunity.... I can't wait for next time, when I will be on sight by at least 4pm so that I can get my equipment set up on time.
